Nomination
Fee / Cost Involved
Only the winners are eligible to order a winner package.
Once you've successfully secured an award title, you may have the option to purchase a winner package. Winner packages offer promotional opportunities and benefits to maximize the value of your achievement. The pricing for these packages can vary depending on the winner package materials included.
- Rights to use Award Logo : Winner package is inclusive of Rights to use Award logo, Award name, Winning Title and Announcement details.
- Complimentary Gala Entry passes : Winners get an opportunity to attend the gala ceremony and the entry passes will be provided on first come first serve basis
- Digital Materials: Customized winner badges, certificates
- Physical Winner Package items : Trophies, Plaques, Medals & Stickers
- Online Exposure: Winner packages may include featured listings on the awarding organization's website, social media platforms. These online placements can boost your visibility and drive traffic to your website.
- Promotional Opportunities: Some winner packages provide opportunities for speaking engagements, participation in industry events, or inclusion in mentorship programs. These promotional activities can further establish your expertise and credibility in the field.
For Paid Nomination Plan :
- Rights to Use Award Logo, Award Name and Winning Title are included in the Winner package.
- You have an option to buy the winner package. There is no service fee applicable if you do not buy a winner package.
- If you do not order a winner package then you will lose the winner title and complimentary nomination benefits in the upcoming years.
For Free Nomination Plans :
If you have opted for our free nomination plan(s) and are declared a winner by Golden Tree, you are obliged to order any winner package or Gala Ceremony package offerings available on our website or as may be conveyed to you otherwise.
- In the event that you do not buy any winner package within 10 days from the Internal winner announcement date then We reserve the right to cancel the winning title & assign the title to the next standing nominee.
- In such cases, You are liable to pay USD 499 towards the service charge of the nomination process ( such as Nomination Account Creation & Maintenance, Voting badge & banner Design, Exclusive voting page design & hosting on our website, Jury & Management evaluation process, Votes analysis and processing) within 10days. This service fee does not include RIGHTS to use Award logo, award name, winning title, listing on award website, nominee badge & etc.

Selection Process
For Every Award category there are 4 winning levels. The winning level will be assigned based on the total points the nominee receives.
Total Points / Score = First Level Review Points (out of 30) + Voting Points (out of 35) + Final Jury Review (out of 35)
- Gold Winner - 50 to 60 Points
- Diamond Winner - 60 to 70 Points
- Platinum Winner - 70 to 80 Points
- Titanium Winner. - More than 80 Points.
All the above winning levels are on Country level or Regional level basis
The selection process is purely based on individual application / nomination basis.
If there are more than one companies participates in the same category then the competitor's total points will be accounted for the winner selection.
During the First Level & Final Jury evaluation process, Our team considers the following factors.
- Education - Highest Qualification
- Education - Relevant to the Current position
- Specialised Courses in the Management Field
- The Grade / Reputation of the institute / colleges the nominee is graduated
- Career Starting Position
- Career Current Position
- Transition from the Begin to Current positions
- Achievements in the Past
- Awards Received in the Past
- Initiatives taken during his/her experience
- Corporate Social Responsibility
- Linkedin Profile Recommendations
- and much more.
Voting & Claim Points
Yes. Voting is one of the important stage in the Award Process.
Once your nomination is approved by our First Level Jury team and moved to voting stage, You will be able to download the Voting Banners from Your awards portal account.

You can collect votes from your Industry colleagues, Partners and Clients.
For every nominee, We provide a unique Voting Page.
You can view your voting page URL/link in your Awards Portal account login.
You can share this link to all your clients by Email / whatsapp / Social media to get more votes.
We also offer a QR Code system. You can place the QR Code on your website / premises to collect votes from your clients & industry professionals
We offer a Bonus points for every campaign you do to collect votes.
For Example :
you will receive bonus points from us when you share voting badge on your website, Whatsapp, Linkedin post, FB & Insta post, Email marketing to your clients & Much more.

How to claim the points ?
It is very simple.

You can login to your Awards Portal account.
Submit the proof of your campaign and our team will review your request. Upon approval you will receive bonus points.
Gala Ceremony

If the Gala Ceremony is scheduled for the award program, You can book our Gala Ceremony package to attend the Gala Ceremony.
We offer a Complimentary Gala Ceremony entry passes in the Gala Ceremony package.
- The Gala Ceremony package includes RIGHTS TO USE Winner Title, Award logo, Brand name and Winner announcement.
- You are required to order any one of the winner package below to get the RIGHTS to use the winning title, International Spa &
Important Notes :
- We have allotted Limited gala Entry complimentary passes for the Ceremony . Gala Ceremony complimentary entry passes mentioned in the below package are based on First Come First Serve basis and Subject to availability. The complimentary Gala Ceremony entry passes are not refundable or not en-cashable if all the allotted complimentary entry passes are not available.
- Trophy & Plaques ( as per the booked package ) will be distributed at the Gala Venue to the winners who attend the gala ceremony
- The Gala ceremony invitation /entry passes on complimentary basis and no charges are included in the package

Since this is a Business Award Gala Ceremony, We do not allow children less than 22 years old. The entry will be declined if you attend the Gala Ceremony with children less than 22 years old.
